As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Rena approaches weight loss from a holistic perspective not only focusing on healthy eating habits and whole foods (mostly plant based) nutrition which are secondary foods used to nourish the body. She also addresses primary foods that affect the overall health and well being of the individual such as physical activity, home cooking, health, relationships, career, finances, education, home environment, social life, spirituality, joy, and creativity to ensure that they are in balance.
Rena offers several self guided online and group coaching telephone/online based programs to help clients shift their lifestyle in a positive direction, invite transformation and sustainable weight loss such as: 6 week Lifestyle Reset self guided online program (2 week body detox & reset included), 6 week Lifestyle Thrive self guided online program (manifestation & trauma release), and 12 week online group coaching Lifestyle Reset & Thrive personally guided program by Rena. These programs are designed to empower and educate clients on how to have a healthy relationship with food, eliminate processed/junk food addictions & allergens, detoxify, utilize primary & secondary foods as nourishment and medicine for their body, and process their emotions in healthy ways that don't include giving into cravings or binge eating.
