Rena offers a self-guided lifestyle transformation digital course that helps clients shift their lifestyle in a positive direction, invites deep transformation and healing from the inside out and sustainable weight loss. Lifestyle Reset is self-guided online program (2 week body detox & reset included) that is combined with the Lifestyle Thrive program (manifestation & trauma release) to form the 12 week Lifestyle Reset & Thrive Program that is designed to address the body and mind in the healing journey. These programs are designed to empower and educate clients on how to have a healthy relationship with food, eliminate processed/junk food addictions & allergens, detoxify, utilize primary & secondary foods as nourishment and medicine for their body, heal auto-immune disorders, and process their emotions in healthy ways that don't include giving into cravings or binge eating.
